The Inspire Center brings history and problem-solving together in a hands-on creative space for visitors of all ages! Look closely at objects from the Connecticut Museum collection, get inspired, and work together to create something new. With objects and themes changing monthly, you can enjoy unique experiences all year long! December’s challenge is to invent a new way to prepare your favorite food!
Family Program: Snow Days

Visit the Museum for a day of snowy fun! Families will design one-of-a-kind snow globes, make holiday poppers to celebrate the new year, and decorate holiday cards to send to loved ones!
French Canadian Jam
Get acquainted with French Canadian traditional tunes at this monthly jam session at the CMCH, happening Saturday afternoons on First Free Weekends! New players and new listeners are always welcome!
