The education team will try its best to reschedule any programs that are canceled due to the weather.

For Field Trips to the Museum
If the Museum has a delayed opening, we may need to reschedule your program. If the Museum has a delayed opening or weather-related closure, our Education Department Coordinator will be in touch as early as possible to let you know.
If your school has a delayed opening and needs to reschedule your program, please reach out to the Education Department Coordinator as soon as possible. We will make every effort to reschedule your program if needed.
For Classroom Outreach Programs
If your school has a weather-related early dismissal, delay, or closing, please reach out to our Education Department Coordinator as soon as possible. For delays and early dismissals, we may be able to accommodate a same-day shift in schedule.
Our educators live throughout the state. Please be aware that we may need to reschedule a program due to hazardous conditions in their local area. We will make every effort to reschedule your program if needed.
