Learn more about artist Richard Welling\, urban planning\, and the built environment in Hartford\, both past and future\, and explore photographer Pablo Delano’s views of Hartford today. Ask questions and share your own memories of Hartford. Tours are free with paid admission\, but there is limited space available on a first come\, first served basis.
