DESCRIPTION:The Inspire Center brings history and problem-solving together in a hands-on creative space for visitors of all ages. Look closely at objects from the Connecticut Museum collection\, get inspired\, and work together to create something new. The Inspire Center is included with the cost of museum admission. \nAlthough this space is usually only open on the weekends\, the Museum is excited to offer more opportunities for fun during the holiday season! DESCRIPTION:Did you know coffee stains can be used to make silly monsters? Or that these monsters each have their own backstories and adventures? Sip hot cocoa and munch on treats while enjoying a reading of The Coffeemonsters Book\, written by Stefan Kunhigk. Coffee will be available for the adults! Then\, families will make their own book of coffee-stain monsters and short stories. \nThis program is included with admission and great for children under 10.
