SUMMARY:Chinese Calligraphy Workshop with Jun Lin
DESCRIPTION:Current SNEAP Mentor and Master Calligrapher\, Dr. Jun Lin\, will guide participants in the art of Chinese Calligraphy. Dr. Lin will present an overview of Chinese calligraphy\, give a demonstration\, and show examples of his work. As a class\, he will instruct students in creating their own pieces. No experience needed; all skill levels welcome. All materials will be provided. \nDr. Lin is a tenured professor at SUNY-New Paltz. He has studied Chinese Calligraphy since age five and has practiced the art under the guidance of renowned calligraphers in China. Dr. Lin’s work has been featured in exhibits in China and the US and has earned a certificate issued by the National Society of Chinese Calligraphy. \n  \nGET TICKETS\nTICKETS \n$30 General Admission\n$25 Members\nFree for Members 150+ \nCost covers all materials.
