Look closely at objects from the Connecticut Museum collection\, get inspired\, and work together to create something new. With objects and themes changing every other month\, you can enjoy unique experiences all year long! August’s challenge is to invent a new way to navigate and help people find their way without getting lost. \nFor more information about this space\, please visit the Inspire Center webpage. The Inspire Center is open every weekend and is included with Museum admission\, which is free the first weekend of the month! Free First Weekend includes free admission to the Museum for all ages and occurs the first Saturday and Sunday of every month. \nQuestions? DESCRIPTION:Escape the heat with the beats and melodies of music! Join us for a FREE\, interactive day of musical discovery through fun classes\, hands-on experiences\, crafts\, snacks\, and more. Whether the kids are singing along with Miss Kaite of Spirit in Tune\, learning to play instruments with Hartford Symphony Orchestra\, or making their own instruments to take home\, families are sure to find something to enjoy!
