DESCRIPTION:Did you know that Connecticut was home to one of the most popular summertime fairs in the entire country? Visit the Museum for a day of fun inspired by this historic event! Families can meet chickens\, try out some carnival games\, get glitter tattoos\, be creative with crafts\, and more! Continue the fun inside the Museum and take a break from the heat with a fair-themed scavenger hunt through our air-conditioned exhibits. Everything at this event is FREE! \n11am – 4pm:\nCotton candy & glitter tattoos\nprovided by D.J. Sugar Spinners \nSpin art & carnival games (like ring toss and can smash)\nprovided by Innovative Inflatables \nChicken and chick meet & greets\, hatching demos\, and egg show-and-tell activities\nprovided by Farmer Joe’s Gardens\n____ \n11:30am & 1:30pm:\nChicken races\nprovided by Farmer Joe’s Gardens\n____ \n11:30am – 1:30pm:\nBalloon art – available for children ages 3 and up.\nprovided by DazzleDay Balloon Twisters\n____ \n12:30 & 2:30pm:\nChicken poop bingo\nprovided by Farmer Joe’s Gardens\n____ \nThis program is FREE and great for children of all ages.
