CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP

When your organization joins the Connecticut Museum as a Corporate Member, your employees receive unlimited free admission for one year to our exhibitions, plus access to programs, events and much more!  

Corporate Membership Levels 

Bronze – $1,000
Up to 150 employees receive free admission to the Connecticut Museum for staff. Employees must show their ID or business card as proof.
Additional accompanying guests receive 50% off general admission. Also, Corporate Members receive a discount on Traveling Exhibit Banner Rentals to display at your business.  

Silver – $ 2,500
150-500 employees receive free admission to the Museum for staff. Employees must show their ID or business card.
Additional accompanying guests receive 50% off general admission. Also, Corporate Members receive a discount on Traveling Exhibit Banner Rentals to display at your business. 

Gold$5,000
500+ employees receive free admission to the Museum for staff. Staff must show ID or business card as proof. Additional accompanying guests receive 50% off general admission. Also, Corporate Members receive a discount on Traveling Exhibit Banner Rentals to display at your business.

HISTORICAL SOCIETY MEMBERSHIP

$75, one-year benefits include: 

  • Free admission for your staff and volunteers to the galleries and Waterman Research Center. 
  • Subscription to Revisit magazine. 
  • Monthly e-newsletter that provides advance notice of book talks, lectures, family programs, events and exhibit openings. 
  • Discounts on traveling exhibitions
  • Discounts on traveling programs. Programs are presented by staff and are based on the collection.
  • Recognition at our Welcome Desk for one week.

PUBLIC LIBRARY MEMBERSHIP

$125, one-year benefits include: 

  • Four complimentary museum passes that admit two adults and up to four children to the galleries, Waterman Research Center now included!
    • For the Research Center, appointments must be made a week in advance. To book a Research appointment with a library pass to waive the fee, do NOT book through the online portal. Contact Sierra Dixon, Research Center Director, at 860-236-5621 x 247.
    • When checking in for your Research center appointment, present the library pass at the Welcome Desk.
  • Subscription to Revisit magazine.

EDUCATIONAL / INSTITUTIONAL MEMBERSHIP

$1,000, one-year benefits include: 

  • Free general admission to the galleries and the Waterman Research Center for all students, their families (up to 4 people), and staff with valid student/staff IDs shown at the Welcome Desk. Enjoy 10% off at the Museum Store during your visit.
  • Opportunity for students and staff to attend public programs at general Member level prices including behind-the-scenes tours, workshops, lectures, book talks, panel discussions, and more (cost will vary by program).
  • Free introductory overview tour offered once per year for staff and faculty (must be pre-arranged) to share what the Connecticut Museum has and show instructors how our resources could fit into their curriculum.
  • Free exhibit tours for college students and staff through any of the exhibitions currently on view. Must be pre-arranged.
  • Free rental of traveling exhibition banners intended for high schools and colleges. For more information please visit our Traveling Exhibitions page.
  • Discounts on traveling programs (recommended for adults) based on the Museum’s collection ($150.00). Must be pre-arranged.
  • $2/student discount on full price on-site K-12 school programs. Not to be combined with any other discounts.
