Hands-On History Workshop: Fashion From Silk Gloves to Skinny Jeans

Discover the history of fashion with an interactive workshop designed just for kids! Take a trip through time as we explore the historic fashion in our museum exhibits and go behind-the-scenes to our costume storage to examine the changing styles in clothes (and underclothes!). Students will try out the science behind the preservation of historic clothing and make their own fashion flipbook designs to take home.

This program is appropriate for students ages 10-14. The cost is $8 per student for members and $10 per student for non-members (no cost for parents or guardians).
