Look closely at objects from the Connecticut Museum collection, get inspired, and work together to create something new. With objects and themes changing every other month, you can enjoy unique experiences all year long! March's challenge is to create a new way to teach the alphabet!

  • Family Program: Mug-nificent Masterpieces

    Espresso yourself with coffee art! Families will make one-of-a-kind coffee mugs, try their hand at cappuccino-inspired foam art, and design collages using a variety of coffee materials. For inspiration, families can explore the exhibit "Coffee: A Connecticut Story."

    Join us for family story time at the Museum! Cozy up with beanbags and enjoy a reading of a book all about creativity and innovation. Then, families will be challenged to embrace their own inventive spirit by getting crafty in the Inspire Center!

    Visit the Museum for day full of educational programs designed specifically for homeschool families! Workshops are offered throughout the day for different age groups. Pre-registration is required to participate in this program.
