COMMUNITY OFRENDA
November 1, 2025 – November 8, 2025
Ofrendas, or small altars that honor and celebrate those who have passed away, will be open to visit all day. Bring your own photographs of your muertos or deceased relatives, small mementos, or messages to contribute to our community ofrenda. Note: Photos and objects will become part of the ofrenda and will not be returned. Please do not bring anything precious or irreplaceable.

VENDORS
We are excited to welcome vendors selling imported and locally made goods, plus local organizations and more.
- Facepainting: This year, facepainting will require payment to a vendor, with a limited selection of design options available.
- Payment options differ from vendor to vendor, though cash and Venmo are common options. Please check back on this page for the latest updates on accepted forms of payment. Please note: There is no ATM on site. Some vendors do accept card and/or Apple Pay, but please bring cash if you wish to visit all the vendors!
PARKING
The Connecticut Museum has free parking in our two parking lots, with entries from Asylum Avenue and Elizabeth Street. We will reserve several spots for accessible parking near the entrance off Elizabeth Street. There is overflow parking available at the UConn School of Law (55 Elizabeth St), and Classical Magnet School (85 Woodland Ave, parking lot entrance on Asylum Ave).
