In honor of Juneteenth, we’re offering you a chance to see items in our collection that document how Connecticans have worked for social justice and freedom throughout our history, with a particular emphasis on materials related to 20th century civil rights efforts. This behind-the-scenes tour will take you into our collections storage spaces to look at items related to fair housing protests in the 1960s, posters from the New Haven Black Panthers trial, and letters sent to a CT student who was jailed in the South for protesting segregation.
