Common Ground: Local Indigenous Food Systems

Mohegan anthropologist chef, Rachel Sayet (Akitusut), will host a panel of local indigenous experts to discuss modern foodways and systems. The panel will consist of indigenous chefs, herbalists, and farmers from various nations: Penobscot, Mashantucket Pequot, Mexican, Mohegan, and Eastern Pequot.
