Family Activity Kits are free take-home resources for families to enjoy, bringing history and fun together in the comfort of your own home! November - December’s theme is “A Playdate with our State," a look at Connecticut-made toys, like Legos and Silly Putty! Please Note: This is not an on-site program.
This teacher workshop will provide teachers with content and tools to use their classrooms as we explore Connecticut's role in the American Revolution.
Join us for our next Made to Last event with woodworker, Anne Marie Elder. She will share her personal collection of woodworking tools passed down through her family from her great-grandfather. Anne Marie will share her passion for early American craftsmanship and discuss historical facts, traditional techniques, and her own journey in crafting custom handmade pieces.
